1. Feeding

Premature how much?

Term?

How many total feeding per kg per day?

Feeding  depend  on baby age (many day of life)?

 

2. Common Disease

- RDS

- NNJ

- Hypoglycemia

- Sepsis

- MAS

- Congenital Pneumonia

- TTN

- Ventilator

 

 

3. Serum Bilirubin

- Table – Serum Bilirubin normal depend on age of gestation

- Normal Level

- Photo Level

- Which level need Exchange Tranfusion (ET)

- Classify risk – low, moderate,high risk 

(For example, G6PD and Sepsis is high risk)

         

4.What Hematocrit level normal for neonate?

Jaundice workout (Depend on case – usually if pathological jaundice – Jaundice less than 24 Hour of life)

 

✓ Blood Group Mother + Baby

✓ Direct Coomb Test (DCT)

✓ Thyroid Stimulation Hormone – Trace ; already taken from cord blood

✓ ABO

✓ Reticulocyte – abnormal if more than 5

✓ G6PD

✓ FBP
