2. Organism - commonly parainfluenza virus
3. Epiglotitis (drooling)
- Refer EnT, Intubation, Antibiotic
4. Management?
➢ Mild/ severe
- Nebulize budesonide
- Oral or parenteral Dexamenthasone
➢ Severe - Nebulized Adrenaline - dont discharge yet if pt well, pt may rebound
