A patient refered to urology team due sudden onset AUR (acute urinary retention), and abd pain. 70 yo.
P/A palpable bladder
Upon CBD insertion, no urine out, noted hissing sound, just air out from CBD
This is distended bladder, filled with air.’
Where the air come from?
Possible fistula, from bowel.
So he was planned for MCUG to look for any fistula.
